Immortality
It is true that the methods for immortality have been encoded to prevent immature and evil people from abusing the sacred method. This was done by the ancients for our own safety.

I have seen parts of the Holy Bible that hint at the methods for achieving immortality but it is clear and obvious to me that the method has been chopped up beyond recognition even for an enlighten individual.

The following is a brief quotation from Workbook for Spiritual Development of all People� by HUA-CHING NI

The Sacred Immortal Medicine has three components:

Ching, your Sexual Essence

Chi, The Energy of the universe

Shen, Your Spirit


Ching, Chi and Shen, which are located in specific areas of the body. Because they are invisible and subtle, the correct way must be followed to cultivate them.

First eliminate the abuse of your mind, and then the three subtle elements can grow undisturbed.

If you follow the practice of integrating these three into one, with the help of the breathing system, eventually your work will become effective in this way you will be able to have a real audience with the everlasting One, the Jade Emperor, face to face.

If the eternal work is diligently performed for years, you will be able to ascend to the Heavenly realms. For the wise this is easy to understand, but for the foolish it is impossible to accept.

Every morning at dawn you should unite with the harmonious light availble at that time. As you inhale, the Vitalizing chi and its purity enter your body.

After inhaling this chi from the sun exhale all of the impure, black chi within in you. do this with a relaxed mind, employing little rigid control do it as if you were not doing it, following the principle of being natural.

Gently keep the delicate energy within in yourself and experience the nourishing clarity. In this way the eternal fruit will grow, and the root will reach deeper and deeper in the universe.

Each individual is gifted by nature with his own ching.

Unite your ching with shen. Unite shen with chi.

Then unite your chi with the Primal chi of the universe.

This is the true realization of immortality in which every moment is a new life. If this woundrous truth is not understood all of the sacred books become meaningless

The shen, because of its subtlety, Is the highest power and can penetrate all things.

Shen can fly from its form

Shen cannot be drowned in water or burned in fire, for now your shen depends on your body to stabilize it.

When the ching is full, the chi also becomes full like an evergreen, you must grow your ching and chi, in this way your life's tree will never wither, even when reaching your "winter" years.

Ching, chi and shen are in fact one.

To find this wonderful miracle, you need only know this precious treasure within your being.

Heaven is too wonderful to be understood with the vulgar mind.

If you can avoid this pitfall of your own narrow thinking and follow this oracle, you will realize the total integration of your being.

Also remember that only when chi has been accumulated can you cultivate the sacred Immortal Medicine. When the chi is scattered there is no hope of doing this.

Through the cultivation of ching, chi and shen your seven upper orifices will radiate out the beautiful light deep within you. The sun and moon will shine with in you.

Once you achieve success in your cultivation the result is eternity.

Your body will be light and your elements will be harmonious.

Jade marrow will fill your bones.

If you succeed, this Sacred Immortal Medicine, the goal of your cultivation, will certainly be achieved.

If fail to obtain the Sacred Immortal Medicine, your energy resources will eventually become exhausted and you will be bound to your biological destiny.

This sacred medicine is to be found within your own body, but its subtlety is beyound the perception of black and white.

If you read this invocation time after time the subtle meaning of its wonderful principle will be come apparent to you.

It is the true practice, paralleled with virtue, by which you may achieve preparation for Immortality
