All these are linked Carole ....maybe the judge needs some instruction also.

It's called a modus operendii (sp??) and is the same same in all these cases.......what nobody noticed????

-These particular paeds are all priests and all live together in a communal fashion in most cases. ...especially during indoctrinations.
- they all have taken vows to give up sex altogether and live in this frustration every day.
- and they all live in the knowledge their bosses will protect them if they are caught.
- etc etc.

justice will never be served here in Australia until we have some Human Rights legislation to protect us from organisations like this Catholic Church.
Australia has none!

.....maybe I'd better shut up if anything said can be used in court.
Don't wish to be the fly in the ointment .....and I certainly have no idea of what constitutes deformation of these guys as the automatic censor won't allow honest comment here about these creeps anyway.

Please be careful what you say about cases that may be linked.

The defence will use anything to get their clients off.

Dont let any charges of contamination be drawn from discussions this forum.

A victim can see themselves as broken ......or he/she can see themselves as forewarned and wiser than most.

I try my hardest to keep my head with the latter....but bloody hard sometimes .....the triggers are many hey!

I'm learning these days from my wifes own triggers that I myself have caused .....helps me to see my own and deal with them better.

Shame about this is .....all victims naturally hide away and have little contact with others but for some *censored*in' like we do here.
I think we all agree that 'no one understands'!!!

Us 'wiser than most' should take some solace from the fact that we are!

I've been watching this guy Peter Gogarty who is doing exactly that Ant67/68. He's from Newcastle and points out how other clergy knew of and actually watched Peter, as a young boy, being taken to a priests bedroom on many occasions.

And I've met the young mum who's son's abuser priest was tipped of 'the cops are on their way' by OCallaghan the QC Pell ....who was put in charge of investigating the melb Archdiocese child abuse problems by Pell himself I believe.
(others may like to correct me if I'm wrong.....please do ......we need to get this straight in or heads)

$350,000 /yr apparently this OCallaghan gets for 'managing' these cases of clergy abuse on parisheners.
Love to see his offices raided ....but I think we are dreaming ...the cops work for the State ....and the State hasn't got the balls to get it done.

This is the bit of Julian 's quote that I should have emphasised .....

Anyone who has followed this since the 90s will know that the likes of Tor Neilsen who started this forum is one of the very few who have caused our courts to get even as far as they have.
Pressure never came from the legal system nor govt nor community.
Plod has finally started to show some response I notice....be it only the state govt cops who are probably hamstrung by their keepers also.
This is all about their keepers really ....be it keepers of the priests, the cops. the lawyers .....'corrupt keepers' ....should become a household phrase like 'paed priest' has.

That's what I'm babbling about ....the fact that justice has to be taken to these clowns.

My problem is that I haven't figured out the best way to do that yet.

......shouldn't get stressed about it though ......I can see the momentum of this world awakening about paed priests and their keepers seems to be happening .......can't wait to see the pope get off the plane at Heathrowe
Hope it's telecast so we can all throw crap at him ;)

i feel the same as you chatty, i feel angry hurt, and that there should h ave been some justice in the wolrd for the men who suffered from jennings,
i hope when all the rest of t hem have been through the court, there will some justice, and we(victims) can move on and start to get help they need to deal and recover from this, i will never feel the same again
